You can pay with major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Discover, or by ACH and bank wire transfer. If you’d rather pay offline, you can also mail cash, a check or a money order. Small processing fees may apply, and some methods may be briefly unavailable during maintenance.

Every order comes with a 90-day germination guarantee that starts the day after delivery, with one claim per order. If three or more seeds from a pack fail to germinate we replace them; if fewer fail, you get a coupon. It covers non-germination only, not later growing issues.

Yes. Growlantis offers free shipping on all retail orders, with no delivery charge at checkout. The only condition is a minimum retail order of $42.

If anything’s wrong with your order, you have 15 days from delivery to report it. Email us your order number, a photo of the unopened package, the reason for the return, and the email and payment details for your refund, and our team will review it.
