You can pay with all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard and Discover – or by ACH and bank wire transfer. If you’d rather pay offline, you can also mail cash, a check or a money order. Small processing fees may apply on some methods, shown before you confirm at checkout.

Every Growlantis order includes a 90-day germination guarantee that starts the day after delivery, with one claim per order. Follow the germination guidelines; if three or more seeds fail we replace them, and if fewer fail you get a coupon. It covers non-germination only.
Yes. Growlantis offers free shipping on all retail orders, with no delivery charge at checkout. The only condition is a minimum retail order of $42.
If your order arrives lost, damaged, wrong or incomplete, report it within 15 days of delivery. Email us your order number, a photo of the unopened packaging, the reason for the return, and the email and payment details for your refund, and our team will review your request.
